Thankfold is provided “as is”. It applies IRS Publication 1771 and the 2026 rules in Publication 6196 to the gifts you provide. It is not tax or legal advice, doesn't process donations and doesn't file anything. It can't value noncash gifts, decide whether a gift is deductible or check that your goods-or-services estimates are right. You remain responsible for your donor acknowledgments. Thankfold is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the IRS or any church-management or giving platform.

Free plan

The free plan lets you check donations files of any size and see the totals, every check and a limited number of donor statements, for personal or organizational use.

Pro

Pro is licensed per person. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; the 7-day pass expires after 7 days. Refunds are available within 14 days if Thankfold can't read your donations file or totals a donor's gifts incorrectly.

Acceptable use

Don't resell or redistribute license keys.
